Freezer door does not stay shut. The seal is weak. I™€™ll walk into the kitchen to find the freezer door open & food melted. Then it freezes again & ices over. The door is secured with a piece of masking tape to keep it shut. I called cust service but got denied b/c it was a month or 2 outside of warranty. Cust service offered a service call for over 300$ to which I declined. My laziness got the best of me b/c the issue was there since day one. I™€™m not the only one experiencing the issue as some reviews on Home Depot complain of the same thing. So much good meat ruined.
